Homelea is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, located in the desirable community of Colleton Gardens, just below Colleton Great House and a stone’s throw from the historic Speighstown. The villa is an open plan Caribbean style property that sits on a ridge and enjoys the cooling Tradewinds, lovely sea views and ofcourse, those spectacular West Coast sunsets. The very spacious pool deck has a large private pool, and is equipped with several sun loungers, a BBQ, a bar, outdoor dining and outdoor lounge area. There are extensive gardens with palms, coconut, mahogany, flamboyant, oleander, bougainvillea, mango, hibiscus to name but a few of the flora you will find there, nestled in the garden is the secluded gazebo with a Caribbean style hammock for enjoying peace and quiet away from the house.

Homelea has a private gate to the rear of the property onto a footpath that leads 150m to the beach at Little Good Harbour, where you will find the calm waters of the west coast and coral reefs for swimming and snorkelling. There are other beautiful beaches within walking distance such as Heywoods and Nikki Beach and many of the beaches of the West Coast are within a few minutes’ drive

Within easy walking distance is the traditional fishing village of Six Mens where you can buy freshly caught fish and enjoy the local rum shops, bars and food spots as well as the highly respected Fish Pot restaurant.

In Speightstown, just one and a half miles away, you will find all you need for groceries as well as great bars and restaurants serving locally caught fish and Bajan specialties. Holetown is a twenty minute drive to the south.
