The space
Villa Ferraj is a tastefully furnished and contemporary single level villa that boasts panoramic sea views, with indoor/outdoor living.
The master bedroom is en-suite and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The spacious kitchen is opens onto the living room and large patio. There is outdoor dining with an 8 seater dining table on the patio. This is a quarantine approved, comfortable space to entertain.
Guest access
There are two parking spots in front of the villa and there is ample parking on the development.

This development and villa are brand new! The villa is also quarantine approved!
There is an additional cost of $25 US per day for security monitoring during the quarantine period if required.

- Summer Rates: US$ 405.00 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 605.00 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 905.00 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
