Surrounded by its lush tropical gardens and overlooking the 10th fairway, Coconut Grove 1 offers beautiful outdoor living spaces well suited for an afternoon barbeque, lazy day by the pool or a quiet read on the covered patio
On the inside, its open plan living and dining areas are flanked by the 4 ensuite bedrooms while the equipped kitchen offers all the appliances needed to prepare that special meal. Guests of this property can enjoy cable television, wireless internet access, an ipod docking station as well as an array of amenities offered by the resort.
Guests staying at Coconut Grove 1 “Spinalonga” have access to a range of facilities within the resort:

Holetown and the nearest Beach are a short 8 minute drive. While in Holetown you will have access to the shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and crafts (souvenirs) and plenty of dining options to choose from.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 832 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 1098 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 2357 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
