Description
Villa Rosa is a beautiful five bedroom villa with a casual and laid-back feel, perfect for enjoying your Barbados vacation. Villa Rosa is located on the grounds of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort and features lovely outdoor areas and lush mature tropical gardens. A perfect setting for relaxing by the pool.
Villa Rosa features four bedrooms on the ground floor, all of which are en-suite. Two of the bedrooms also offer wide French doors which open onto private terraces at the front of the house. The expansive master suite occupies the whole of the first floor and has a large walk-in closet and a large balcony offering panoramic views of the golf course and the ocean.
Villa Rosa has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for guests looking to indulge in some delicious Barbados cuisine while on vacation. Villa Rosa also comes with a wide selection of books and family games, as well as pool toys and surfboards for the beach.
Villa Rosa looks onto the 16th hole of the Royal Westmoreland golf course making the most of the cooling trade winds and has stunning views overlooking the gardens, pool, golf course and coast beyond.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 1,175 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 1,595 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 3,328 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
