The villa features four bedrooms, all with their own luxury en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor houses the first two bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas. The master bedroom and 4th bedroom occupy the upper level of the property and each offer access to a shared patio overlooking the private pool.

Extensive outdoor space is a major feature with the Mahogany Drive villas. The villa boosts a large pool and pool deck, covered dining terraces and uncovered sunbathing terrace and BBQ area.
Club membership is available if the tenant chooses to pay annual subscriptions.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 1100 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 1600 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ POA per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
