Description
Located on the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Villa Grove is a newly renovated Three-Bedroom villa situated within the highly desirable Coconut Grove Avenue. Offering covered terraces, a secluded pool deck, fully-equipped kitchen and high-end finishes, Villa Grove is a beautiful retreat perfect for the golf enthusiast.
The villa’s central living area offers an octagon shaped living room as well as 6 seater dining area both of which lead out to the covered pool deck; with views of the golf course beyond. Each of the three bedrooms offers en-suite bathrooms as well as the option of air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The first guest room is located on the lower level, with the second guest bedroom and Master suite being situated on the second floor and enjoying access to a shared patio.
Guests of Villa Grove can enjoy access to the world-class amenities of Royal Westmoreland Resort such as the 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, State-of-the-Art Fitness Centre, Flood-lit Tennis Courts, Clubhouse and Beach Membership at the famous Mullins Beach.
Coconut Grove 2 is a non-smoking residence.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 550 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 957 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 1,925 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
