Description
SeaBreeze is a stunningly contemporary villa nestled in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Community. Perched gracefully on Lancaster Ridge, this villa offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of Royal Westmoreland’s lush golf fairways and the sparkling Caribbean Sea to the west.
Spread across two levels, SeaBreeze seamlessly blends modern design with luxurious comfort. Its versatile living spaces are designed to maximize the spectacular westerly sea views over the 16th and 17th fairways, providing a perfect backdrop for unforgettable sunsets.
The main villa features four elegant bedrooms on the ground floor—three with king-size beds and one with twin or king options. Each bedroom is equipped with en-suite bathrooms, modern fixtures, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The state-of-the-art kitchen, outfitted with Miele appliances including a combo oven, steam oven, microwave, wine fridge, and dishwasher, is a culinary delight.
The villa also includes a separate media room with cable TV and provides WiFi throughout. The expansive upstairs verandah offers a circular seating area for sunset watching, alfresco dining, and lounging in style.
A separate two-bedroom cottage, featuring a queen and a twin room, comes with its own bathroom, kitchenette, private patio and a verandah with a BBQ.
The centerpiece of outdoor relaxation is the 42-foot saltwater pool, complete with ‘in-pool’ loungers.
Guests will enjoy the services of housekeeping and a dedicated cook six days a week.
Additionally, access to the Clubhouse, Rum Shack, and Mullins Beach Bar is included, with complimentary transportation to Mullins Beach provided.
Golf arrangements at Royal Westmoreland can also be organized for an extra touch of luxury.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 2400 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 3250 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 5250 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
